Returns

Wallflower & Co will accept returns in exchange for in-store credit within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items purchased at pop-up events are FINAL SALE.

All Sale Items, Fashion Accessories & Candles are FINAL SALE.

All items must be in their original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks, makeup, stains, free of hair, scents, with tags still attached.

To begin the return process, please send an email to hello@wallflowerandco.com or message us through the Contact page. Please expect 24-48 hours for a response.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return mailing address. Your package must be post-marked and sent back to us within 14 days from the original delivery confirmation date. You are responsible for all return mailing fees. We recommend reusing the poly mailer envelope in which you received your order.

After 14 days of receiving your order, there will be no returns accepted.

We are not responsible for any shipping costs or refunds unless the item was received defective due to a manufacturer error. If your item looks worn or has any odors or smells, we will not be able to accept the return. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. You will be emailed a code as in-store credit for the returned items.

LOCAL RETURNS

If you completed a local delivery order and need to make a return please send us an email at hello@wallflowerandco.com or message us through the Contact page. Please expect 24-48 hours for a response.

We will then email you to schedule a local pickup date and time.

Please note that a pickup fee of $2.99 will be deducted from your in-store credit balance.

We are not responsible for any refunds unless the item was received defective due to a manufacturer error. EXCHANGES

At the moment, Wallflower & Co will not be processing exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged please email us immediately. We are not responsible for damage that that can occur once the item is worn or washed.
