Returns

Wallflower & Co will accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.

ALL Items purchased at pop-ups or events are FINAL SALE.

ALL Sale Items, Fashion Accessories & Candles are FINAL SALE.

All items must be in their original condition. This means unworn, unwashed, un-altered, free of marks, makeup, stains, free of hair, scents, with tags still attached.

You are responsible for all return mailing fees.

To begin the return process, please send an email to hello@wallflowerandco.com or message us through the Contact page. We will respond within 24 hours.

Once we receive your return request, we can provide you with a return label which will be deducted from your total refund. You also have the option to choose your own shipping method at your cost.

Once we have accepted your return request, you have 2 business days to ship it out. After this time period, we will no longer accept the return and we will not issue a refund. We recommend reusing the poly mailer envelope in which you received your order.

After 7 days of receiving your order, there will be no returns accepted.

We are not responsible for any shipping costs or refunds unless the item was received defective due to a manufacturer error. If your item looks worn or has any odors, hair, smells, we will not be able to accept the return. We are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive your refund back to the account from which the purchase was made.

LOCAL RETURNS

If you completed a local delivery order and need to make a return please send us an email at hello@wallflowerandco.com or message us through the Contact page. We will respond within 24 hours.

We will then email you to schedule a local drop-off or pickup date and time.

Please note that a pickup fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your in-store credit balance.

We are not responsible for any refunds unless the item was received defective due to a manufacturer error. If your item looks worn or has any odors or smells, we will not be able to accept the return. Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive your refund back to the account from which the purchase was made.

EXCHANGES

At the moment, Wallflower & Co will not be processing exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged please email us immediately. We are not responsible for damage that that can occur once the item is worn or washed.
